PHLpreK offers free early education to children ages three to five who reside in Philadelphia. The schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, following a ten-month academic calendar from September through June. Families may choose to add paid wrap-around care before or after the regular hours if extended support is needed. The learning environment supports school readiness while encouraging curiosity, social interaction, and growth. Thomas Learning Academy ensures children receive nurturing guidance during their foundational early years.
