2.     How did each of these events contribute to your field of knowledge in ECE?

The Excel Leadership Program taught me how to properly keep track of payments using QuickBooks and how to lead my team to be more successful inside and outside of the childcare industry. Also, the Provider Advisory Committee helps me to have a voice about how the childcare is being ran and what needs to improve in government subsidy for parents and childcare owners. Lastly, the meeting with Ms. Parker contributes to my field in ECE because I got a chance to express my concerns about staffing shortages, pay increase for qualified teachers and professional development.
